The family department is an integral part of the Royds service. We pride ourselves in having a dynamic team who are able to provide straightforward sensible and sympathetic advice. We cover all aspects of family law from pre-nuptial settlements, cohabitation, separation and divorce, to child contact and residence issues through to inheritance claims. Our niche expertise is in financial settlements and we are experienced in dealing with disputes where there are international and jurisdictional issues involved.
